常清,女,汉族,中共党员,博士研究生学历,1992年8月生,四川德阳人。2020年博士毕业于澳门科技大学,之后在澳门科技大学月球与行星科学国家重点实验室从事博士后研究工作。2023年加入山东高等技术研究院,任助理研究员。曾参与多个研究项目,在天文物理SCI权威期刊发表论文 10 余篇。
